We are doing this remotely, in line with University and Government guidelines and in the interests of your health and safety. At present we are offering brief telephone consultation but not counselling appointments. ??

SilverCloud is a package of online mental health treatment programmes, mostly based on CBT, which help people overcome common mental health problems.
If our counselling service isn't right for you, we can signpost you to groups who can give you help over the phone, provide long-term counselling (there may be a waiting list), or run specific support groups.
If you're a member of staff, friend or family member of one of our students, we can give advice on how best to support their mental health.
